SCOPE OF WORK
Technical project review. Review of mining models, production assumptions, selected mining methods and key constraints.
Mine planning. Strategic and scheduled plans for open-pit and underground operations, extraction sequences, production capacity and ore movements.
Mining study inputs. Preparation and review of mining engineering inputs to PEA, scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; comparison of technical scenarios.
Mining economics. CAPEX/OPEX cost models, NPV, NSR and cut-off grade analysis, with sensitivity assessment for key inputs.
Operational review. Drill-and-blast practices, ventilation, ore logistics and stockpiles, equipment allocation, utilisation and availability.
Digital planning. Review and improvement of workflows in Deswik, Datamine Studio UG/OP, NPV Scheduler and EPS; operational reporting and performance indicators.
Available as a focused consultation, independent review of technical materials or project support. Calculations, inputs, schedule and fees are agreed for each assignment.
