SCOPE OF WORK

• Prospecting, exploration, infill work and verification of historical data. We justify drilling targets, methods, sequencing, work quantities and schedules.
• Drilling, geophysics, geochemistry, sampling, laboratory, surveying and office-based work. We define input data, methods, delivery formats and acceptance criteria.
• We identify contractors and prepare a shortlist for the specific task.
• We request and compare proposals by experience, personnel, equipment, methods, schedule and cost.
• We prepare a comparative assessment and selection recommendations for the client.
• We include QA/QC, budgets, milestones and pilot work where needed.
